Refund policy

The unregistered app has all features and no time limit, so you can try everything before you buy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, ask for a refund within 30 days. We give the full amount back, and we do not ask why. After a refund, you agree to stop using that license key.

To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt email from Paddle, or write to support@modaljazz.com. Paddle, our reseller, sends the money back to your payment method. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.

This policy adds to Paddle's buyer terms. It gives you more time than Paddle's own refund policy. It does not take away a right that those terms or the law give you.
